Modifications of emission control systems (DPF, EGR, AdBlue/SCR, lambda…) are offered exclusively for competition vehicles or off-road use. The user is solely responsible for their use and for complying with the regulations of their country, including type approval and technical inspection.
Files are delivered without correcting the checksum (-NoChk). Always check the file before writing it and keep a copy of the original read. RemapGO is not liable for damage caused by writing a file to an ECU.
Each plan includes a number of files with solutions per day (Madrid time). Files with only DTC removal do not use quota while the subscription is active. Downloading a file you already generated again is free. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; unused quota does not accumulate.
The files you upload are analysed (software number, calibration, fingerprint) and may be added to the originals library to offer the original of a file to other users. Who uploaded a file, the customer name or the registration plate are never shown. You can ask for a file to be removed by writing to soporte@remapgo.com.
When you request a solution we cannot generate automatically, our team prepares it and may keep the result to offer it to other customers with the same file. Neither your data nor your file name are shared.
IMMO requests are only available to workshops verified by RemapGO. Each request requires the vehicle VIN and a declaration that the vehicle belongs to the workshop customer and that the work is a legitimate repair (e.g. replacing the ECU). Requests are logged; any misuse closes the account.
The analyser uses a language model to interpret binary differences, and support messages may be translated automatically. Its conclusions are indicative and must be validated on the bench before being applied.
